The staff is very nice n accommodating. The rooms are clean n the housekeeping is very generous with clean towels. The bathroom was very clean as well as the shower. They are doing remodeling and the new rooms look amazing with jacuzzi tubs! I will be back... Can't wait for the pool to open though.

This is very close to my job so easy commute. It also has great studio rooms that are very affordable. Definitely worth checking into!

It was a cool place it was clean. They had housekeeping check in and out a little pricey but not to bad. Umm kinda of shectky neighborhood but not a bad place clean had laundry on site and housekeeping. Not bad

Alot of the older reviews are not accurate anymore. Alot of work has been and still is being done to this place. My room was fine. Everything was clean. No bugs, no bad smells. Staff was helpful and pleasent. You do see people roaming around outside sometimes but thats how it is everywhere in the district. Their are cameras all over the hotels property and of course heavy police presence. They do ride thru periodically especially on the weekends. Animal friendly , swimming pool,and $100 cash deposit if you pay with cash or prepaid card.

Excellent front desk and breakfast area staff. Upon arrival we have always came in to very clean and well-stocked rooms. Housekeeping staff could be more courteous and offer clean bedding for weekly rentals. I have given dirty towels to them and never received clean replacements. The front office staff have been more then accomadating when made aware and I am always thankful for them going above a beyond. I enjoy staying here with my family and it's the only place I feel safe having my children at.

The only hard working employee I saw was the maintenance guy Anthony I give him 5 stars ,I saw hi. Work day in day out no complaints.i think he's under payed over worked. The worst thing I ever saw was the employee dude with short dark hair ,saw him duck off doing drugs and I saw him get treated like he's a saint he should be fired . But they need to get their minds together treat the food guy like the good guy Anthony keeps the hotel going if I see him ne t time I'm offering him a job with me 40$ a hr he deserves it. But the hotel itself was ok . Just the employees that don't act like employees will be the fa of that hotel.

Pros: Cheap. Not crowded. Quite. Personally; didn’t see any bugs. Not saying that there were none. We saw none. Room was clean even though it was supposed to be non smoking; we emptied a can of Lysol Spray in it. Cons: Smoke smell was there.

Definitely one of the nicer hotels in the city. The front desk attendant didn't charge us the deposit either. She saw we had a rough night and just charged us for the room. Shower was hot. Room was clean. Beds were good. Wifi was good. Would recommend this hotel for a stay.
